Arrival Procedures...

For Groups Arriving by Bus... Upon arrival, the bus pulls into the first drive West of the Doughbox Bakery. Please proceed through the parking lot to the Welcome Center. The adult leader leaves all students and other chaperones seated on the bus while they enter the Welcome Center. If the chaperones are driving separately, they should board the bus for instructions.

A.	Leader(s) with completed Payment Form and admission money in ONE lump sum enter the Welcome Center and settle all financial matters. The leader will receive maps and supervising adult stickers to distribute to adult chaperones.
Meanwhile...
B.	Someone from our staff will get on the bus to welcome the group and to clarify the day's activities. Your supervising adults should all have been given a copy of the guideline sheet before arrival. They will also receive stickers from the group leader identifying themselves as supervising adults.
C.	After being welcomed and given the OK to exit by our staff person, students will be able to get off the bus and enter the Village as directed. All lunches may be stored in the lunch room until your assigned lunchtime.
D.	The Bus Driver(s) will move the bus(es) to the bus parking lot (east of Sauder Heritage Inn).

For Groups Arriving by Cars...

A.	Leader(s) with completed Payment Form and admission money in ONE lump sum enter the Welcome Center and settle all financial matters.
Meanwhile...
B.	All other students and supervising adults assemble together quietly and our staff will welcome them and clarify the day's activities. FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR GROUP, we ask that you gather in the grassy areas in front of the Welcome Center rather than in the busy parking lot. Your supervising adults should all have been given a copy of the guideline sheet before arrival. They will also receive stickers from the group leader identifying themselves as supervising adults.
C.	After their welcome, your group will be able to enter the Village as directed. All lunches may be stored in the lunch room until your assigned lunchtime.
